Pick-up and Drop-off
Please allow at least 15 minutes for pick-ups and drop-offs in our lobby.
Alternate Contact Information
When you check your pet into Golden Paws, please be aware that you will need to give us an alternate contact name and phone number to keep on file. The individual you give should be local and able to make decisions on your behalf, as well as pick up your pet in the event of an unforeseen circumstance.
Meals and Feeding
We recommend that you bring your pet’s usual food from home to avoid an upset tummy. All dry food must be divided into meal-sized portions and packed in individual sealed sandwich bags with each bag labeled with the pet’s first and last name. Canned food, as well as fresh food, like chicken, vegetables or tuna fish, is also welcome.
Toys
Your pet can bring up to 3 toys from home. Any pet toy is acceptable EXCEPT rope toys, tennis balls and rawhide in any form. We will do our best to return the toys, but we cannot guarantee you will get the toys back, because they can become damaged or separated from your pet.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, we work closely with Princeton Animal Hospital or NorthStar VETS to provide care. Our staff maintains a detailed log of events for you and your veterinarian, if a health concern arises.
