We want you to think of Golden Paws as your puppy’s “home away from home.” The warm, welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail at Golden Paws is unmatched. All puppy guests enjoy a luxurious and spacious climate-controlled room with relaxing music, plenty of natural light, and comfortable bedding. We can also accommodate your puppy’s crate if it will help them feel more comfortable and help you continue the crate training process. We serve all meals according to your instructions, and your puppy will enjoy a minimum of four (4) outdoor potty breaks, housekeeping services, and fresh water in sanitized bowls each day throughout the stay.
Since puppies require a unique balance of exercise, attention and cuddles, rest time, and lots of potty breaks throughout the day, we designed our puppy packages to deliver all that and more! Puppy Daycare
Puppies, like humans, require social interaction and exercise. Being active in our safe dog daycare setting with fun playtimes and supervised activities helps meet that need. Puppies benefit from a routine of structured playtimes, running and romping with new friends, and rest time between each play session for a well-balanced day.
Puppy Socialization
Socialization is essential for puppies and adult dogs alike. Being exposed to new experiences, people, and dogs in Doggie Daycare will increase your puppy’s confidence and support his or her emotional and physical well-being.
Our Puppy Socialization Program is intended for puppies who are not quite ready for daycare because of their young age, or maybe they are just a little shy. During puppy socialization sessions, we will slowly introduce your puppy to one dog and one person at a time to build confidence and help your young pup begin to read social cues until they are ready to participate in Classic or Enrichment Daycare.
Puppy socialization is available for five (5) hours or more and includes two (2) socialization sessions during each visit.
Canine Enrichment Program – Clever Canines for Puppies
Our Enrichment Program, known as Clever Canines, instills positive behaviors and confidence through games that reward patience and focus, and we have a special Clever Canines group just for puppies! Our ‘Clever Canines’ play in small groups with toys and props that exercise the brain and the body, with each activity designed to provide an enhanced level of hands-on care to promote behaviors that strengthen the bond you share with your puppy.
Puppy Training
Golden Paws Pet Resort & Spa is a proud believer in positive reinforcement training, using praise, extra attention, and food as a means for rewarding desired behaviors. Positive training methods allow you to build a foundation of trust and respect with your new four-legged family member for a well-adjusted, happy puppy and making you a happy pet parent. Everyone loves a well-trained puppy! Our certified professional dog trainers will guide you and your puppy to a lifetime of good behavior and success.
Puppy Kindergarten
We know raising a puppy can be challenging, and we have just the thing to help: Puppy Kindergarten, a 6-week puppy program that includes training and playtime with the other puppies.
Thanks to our experienced trainers, your puppy will learn basic obedience skills while you meet other puppy parents and their pups.

At the end of the Puppy Kindergarten program, your puppy will receive a graduation certificate and a keepsake graduation photo! Classes are offered 3-5 times a year.
Puppy Obedience Training
Got a new puppy? Golden Paws has you covered. Puppies can be a handful, but our trainers are here to help you and your puppy build a relationship based on trust and respect. Our state-of-the-art facility is the perfect environment for socializing and desensitizing your puppy to things they see as scary, but we know are a part of everyday life.
Our certified professional trainers use positive reinforcement methods and patience to encourage desirable behaviors and discourage the behaviors that drive you crazy. Whether you’re a first-time or seasoned pet parent, our team at Golden Paws will help you successfully navigate puppyhood and set you and your puppy up for a lifetime of love and companionship.
Private Puppy Training
Our private puppy obedience training sessions give you one-on-one time with a certified trainer who can work with you and your puppy toward specific goals. These hour-long sessions are held at Golden Paws’ resort in our private training ring. The trainer will demonstrate and teach you how to correct any unwanted behaviors at home and on-the-go, with tips and tricks that will help you stop pulling your hair out! Private puppy training sessions are also appropriate for pet parents who prefer a personalized, hands-on training solution.
Puppy Grooming
Regular bathing and visits to the groomer are essential for your puppy’s health and happiness. Our team of trained professional groomers ensures all services, products, and techniques complement your puppy’s coat, personality, and dog grooming needs while taking as much time as your puppy needs. Our caring groomers will put your puppy at ease and gently introduce various grooming tools to make every grooming experience pleasant, relaxing, and comfortable.Our Grooming Salon & Spa operates seven (7) days a week for your convenience.
Our full-service salon offers a variety of services, from nail trims, bubble baths and de-shedding treatments, to highly technical haircuts. Salon & Spa services may be purchased individually or added to any of our other resort services, such as puppy boarding, puppy daycare, and puppy training.
