A Safe & Supervised Doggie Daycare Experience
Let’s have some fun!
Exactly what they need: Golden Paws Pet Resort & Spa offers daily off-leash playgroups focused on fun and the well-being of your dog. Under the supervision of our well-trained and pet-loving staff, your pup will be introduced to some new furry friends! Joining in full-day or half-day group play sessions can give your dog the physical and mental stimulation he or she needs to burn off energy and stay fit.
The Daycare Experience
Socialization
Socialization is an important aspect of your dog’s life. Being exposed to new experiences, people and dogs in Doggie Daycare will increase your dog’s confidence and support his or her emotional and physical well-being.
Mental Stimulation
Dogs, like humans, have a need for mental stimulation and social interaction. Being active in a doggie daycare setting with playtimes and supervised activities helps meet that need.
Exercise
Exercise is key to keeping your dog healthy. Putting your pup in a dog daycare will give them the time and space to run around, and will help prevent him or her from developing bad habits like biting, digging, chewing and more. You can also enroll them in our puppy training sessions to help keep their mind and body active.
Plenty of Breaks
Dogs benefit from a routine of stimulation, followed by rest. Our doggie daycare program involves rest time between each group session and also gives plenty of time for pups to “take care of business.”
Tailored Enrichment for Every Dog
Canine Enrichment Program
Our Enrichment Program instills positive behaviors, confidence and good manners through games that reward obedience and focus, including fun agility courses, rally games, nose work, puzzles, training games and more! Each enrichment activity is designed to provide an enhanced level of hands-on care and to promote behaviors that strengthen the bond you share with your pet.
What kind of dog is this program for?
- Puppies who will learn to read social cues from other dogs in a fun and safe environment.
- Highly intelligent dogs who become bored very quickly and may even become labeled as troublemakers.
- Adult dogs who are new to socialization but show a big interest in interacting with other dogs.
- Dogs born with a high drive who require both mentally and physically stimulating activities to allow them to relax when they get home.
- Dogs on the shy side who may prefer human interaction over making new canine friends.
- Adult dogs with shorter tolerance level for larger groups but that still love to have fun.
A Thoughtful Approach
Before starting a dog daycare program, we spend time with each dog to assess his or her personality and behaviors. This assessment, performed by our expert team members, is important because it allows us to place your dog in the playgroup that he or she will enjoy the most. Our play groups are tailor-made each day to accommodate various energy levels and life stages. This ensures that your pet will interact with other dogs of similar play styles and temperaments. Best of all, our puppy daycare is not just playtime. We have games and themed event days to make daycare fun for your pooch!
What happens if your dog is not suited for doggy daycare? No problem! We offer private playtime sessions with our pet-care attendants. If you need dog boarding or cat boarding for your little furry friend, we have services to accommodate their overnight stay.
Flexible Pricing & Scheduling
To best suit your schedule and your dog’s needs, you can choose from full or half-day sessions. Sessions can also be purchased in cost saving packages of 10, 15, 20 or 30-day formats. We also recommend you book your doggie daycare sessions in advance to ensure that space is available for your pup.
Our furry guests visit us from all over for our puppy daycare, dog boarding, and dog grooming services, including areas around Princeton, Allentown, Hamilton, Robbinsville, Upper Freehold, West Windsor, East Windsor, Cranbury, Millstone, Middlesex County, Mercer County, Monmouth County, and Ocean County. From Our Pawesome Clients
My family and I are so grateful for the love and care our puppy received at Golden Paws! After researching several places, we felt that GPs would provide a clean and loving environment, continue to reinforce good training habits, and provide our baby with safe and fun activities.
Kamara
I love Golden Paws so much! My dog Jackson is always in good hands. The staff is so great and they keep you so up to date about the status of your pets stay. I don’t worry dropping him off for daycare there. I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking!!
